Control Panel - FAQ Options

This page lets you define all of your FAQ (also known as a knowledgebase) categories.  And for each FAQ category, you can define as many FAQ subcategories as you would like. This will automatically generate the two drop down menus seen inside the FAQ area. Like the help desk categories, the FAQ subcategories will automatically change based on the FAQ category.  The FAQ Default View allows you to define if the default view should show the Q's and A's in one long list all on one page.
